The two control signals, EN and ENB, control the switching action. When the signal EN is active and ENB is inactive, the lower FET switch is activated, allowing the signal A to activate the output. When the signal ENB is active and EN is inactive, the upper FET switch is activated, allowing signal B to activate the output. When both control signals are inactive, the device is in a high-impedance state and the output nodes are disabled.The ISL84544IB can be used to switch and multiplex a wide range of signal types.
