It operates over an extended 2.7V to 5.5V supply range and is designed to provide both high-speed and low-power performance in a non-inverting, low on-resistance analog switch. This product is ideal for use as a low cost, low power solution for multiplexing audio, video or sensor signals. The on-resistance is typically 5 Ohms (max) and the on-state resistance is typically 0.2 Ohms (typical).

The ISL84715IHZ-T utilizes proprietary design techniques to provide the low power and low on-resistance performance. The four independent switches are optimized to minimize the input capacitance and provide a high resistance to power supply noise, ensuring a low noise operation. All of the switches in the ISL84715IHZ-T are capable of driving a load of up to 650mA without overloading.
