The ISL89411IPZ is a member of the Intersil family of regulated, high-side and low-side drivers, featuring solid-state reliability and superior transient response. With a package size of 4.0mm x 2.2mm, their integrated gate driver is powerful, yet small enough to fit within space-restricted applications. With a high-speed, low internal gate resistance, the part offers excellent pulse width modulation performance.

The ISL89411IPZ is designed to switch equally well in either high-side or low-side configuration, allowing a simple level translation from higher to lower voltage levels.
