ISL9205CIRZ-T Application Field and Working Principle

Once the battery voltage reaches the maximum level, the charging is terminated and the charger enters a constant voltage maintenance phase. During this phase, the charger maintains the battery voltage at a set level, typically 4.2V for a Lithium Ion cell, by adjusting the charging current as needed.
