Power management ICs (PMICs) are available in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and packages to provide a variety of functions and performance levels. One such example is the ISL9205DIRZ-T, which is designed as a battery charger IC. It is a PMIC designed to provide efficient power for the portable applications such as mobile handsets and tablet PCs.
