IX2D11P7 is a single channel phototransistor output optically isolated gate driver made with advanced fabrication process and packaging technology. It is characterized by high speed switching and high accuracy gate control with a wide operating range from -55℃ to 125℃. Additionally, it has a low current consumption and excellent isolation performance for reliable operation.

The primary application field of IX2D11P7 is industrial control systems, medical equipment and other communication interface devices.
