The Programmable Multi-Output Mosfet Driver

The IX4423N is a 4-phase, fully programmable multi-output MOSFET driver. It is designed to control up to four power MOSFET switches up to 60 V at up to 200V. It supports both push-pull and single ended gate drive in latched and non-latched modes. It also incorporates high-current totem-pole outputs and adjustable gate drive thresholds for optimum power delivery.

The IX4423N gate driver provides enhanced gate drive capabilities for low inductance, high frequency switching. It is capable of switching any combination of push-pull and single ended driver configurations.
