The JM38510/14002BXA is an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter designed to operate with a 3.3 Volts power supply, and a low voltage single supply CMOS-A/D converter using a segmented flash architecture. It is suitable for a variety of applications such as cellular phones, laptop computers, PDAs, industrial control systems and automotive electronics. The JM38510/14002BXA is a highly integrated A/D converter that provides a compact, low power solution in a wide range of applications. The device utilizes a precise internal reference and temperature compensation, resulting in superior DC accuracy.

The JM38510/14002BXA is a digital A/D converter that converts analog input signals into digital codes. The converter includes an ADC core, a digital Analog Control Unit (ACU), digital control and latches, reference circuits and a high-speed flash A/D converter. The A/D converter is capable of providing bit resolutions of 8, 10, and 12 bits with a maximum sample rate of 100ksps.
