KEC Semiconductor is a company based in Seoul, South Korea, which produces high quality integrated circuits (ICs) and discrete components. The KA278R09CTU is a linear, low-dropout regulator featuring a large input voltage range from 1.25V to 9V, capable of delivering up to 150mA of load current.
