It offers current up to 800mA and has an adjustable output of 1.2V to 32V. This regulator can be used in a wide range of industrial, communication and consumer applications.

This voltage regulator is a part of the linear voltage regulator family, which is used to convert one DC voltage to another DC voltage. Mostly, this is done to convert a high voltage so that it can be lowered to the level that is suitable to the device.
