KIT1925MMA6263Q is an evaluation board for MMA6263Q integrated, low-power, three-axis accelerometer. It is a device that offers ultra-low power, low voltage operation, and high durability. It is suitable for a variety of consumer, automotive, wearable, and medical applications.This evaluation board allows users to measure movement and acceleration in three axes. It is also used for gesture recognition and motion sensing applications. This board is one of the smallest of its kind and uses a MEMS micromirror array.The board consists of MMA6263Q IC, a 3-axis accelerometer, an 8-bit microcontroller, temperature and electrical sensors, and a quartz crystal. It also includes two status LEDs, two user buttons, an 8-bit LED driver, and a signalconditioner circuit.The main working principle of the KIT1925MMA6263Q board lies in its accelerometer, which is a semiconductor device that measures proper acceleration, i.e., the acceleration caused by the Coriolis force due to the force of gravity. The accelerometer consists of three different capacitive sensing elements and an 8-bit A/D converter.The accelerometer measuring range is ±1.5g with a 0.05g resolution, while it can measure ±6.0g with a 0.2g resolution. The measurement data is outputted as an 8-bit digital word through an I2C bus. The device is controlled easily and efficiently by using just two wires.The kit is designed to offer the highest performance while consuming very low power. It is also highly resistant to shock and vibration.
