The KLKD002.HXR electrical specialty fuse is a current limiting and protective device, designed to prevent an electrical circuit from overload and short circuit while protecting the connected equipment.

The fuse is rated for use in a 300V A.C. circuit, with an operating temperature range from -50°C to +125°C. It is capable of withstanding inrush currents of up to 48A, while its high current interrupting ability allows it to cut off up to 65kA currents. The fuse has a high breaking capacity of up to 1.6kA, providing excellent protection of connected circuits and equipment.

The fuse is constructed from an epoxy resin body, with a silver-plated contactor.
