KST43MTF is a NPN epitaxial silicon Planar Transistor. It is classified under transistors-Bipolar (BJT)-Single. This transistor mainly finds its application in switching and amplification circuits. The KST43MTF transistor is designed in various forms like 4pin through-hole-Mounting, 4pin surface-mounting & 3pin through-hole-Mounting packages.

KST43MTF is constructed with base, emitter and collector. The base section of the transistor controls the flow of electrons between collector and emitter junctions.
