The L6235Q is a highly integrated DMOS driver suitable for driving large DC motors up to 2.2A in a small footprint, particularly suitable for three-phase brushless DC motors. It offers several features such as overload protection, Motor lock-detection, current information, and PWM current control. This device integrates three full-brige DMOS outputs controlled by motor control logic to drive external N-channel MOSFETs. The L6235Q Motor Driver IC is designed to operate in a wide voltage range from 4.5V to 40V.
