L7905ACV is a three-terminal low cost negative voltage regulator of STMicroelectronics. It provides a fixed negative output voltage of -5V at up to 1A output current (with heat sink) over a wide input voltage range of up to 25V. The design of L7905ACV voltage regulator includes a wide range of features such as over-temperature, overload and short circuit protections. It also features thermal shutdown, current limiting and excellent line and load regulation.
Application Field of L7905ACV
L7905ACV can be used in different electrical engineering fields such as mobile phones and many audio and video applications. Working Principle of L7905ACV
