The linear voltage regulator LD2981ABM30TR is a monolithic, three-terminal, adjustable positive voltage regulator. It provides up to 500 mA output current, a dropout voltage of 1.2 V at 150 mA, and a voltage-temperature coefficient of (+/-) 1.5 mV/°C. This regulator is designed for adjustable output voltage from 1.2 V to 30 V.
The LD2981ABM30TR is designed for cost-sensitive applications in which high efficiency is not a prime requirement. The output voltage is adjusted by means of a single external resistor.
