Working Principle

The LM2653MTC-ADJ is a step-down switching regulator that converts an input voltage of 2.5V to 17V to a regulated output voltage. The device is constructed using the latest high-density process technology, which allows it to deliver up to 2A load cur- rent while consuming very low q-current. The regulator uses an internal oscillator to modulate switching frequency which can be adjusted from 700kHz to 2MHz by an external resistor. The output voltage can be programmed by an external resistor divider connected at the feedback pin.
