The device has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.The LM285D-1.2R2G voltage reference device is designed to operate over input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 16V and can be used in both linear and switching regulators. The device has an operating current range of 10uA to 60mA and a maximum load capacitance of 1,000pF.
