The LM34930 TL/NOPB is a synchronous step down switching regulator from Texas Instruments which provides highly efficient, low quiescent current integrated power solutions for today’s battery powered portable systems. This DC/DC converter comes in a 3×3 WSON package and uses a P-channel MOSFET switch. It offers the highest efficiency switch mode power supply (SMPS) design without the additional complexity of an external MOSFET.
