The LM95233CISD is an intelligent temperature sensor, offering simultaneous digital and analog outputs with the addition of two-wire interface communication logic. The part package combines a thermistor input of 10K type 2 formed into a miniature package that is only 1mm square. It also contains signal conditioning electronics, temperature to voltage conversion circuitry, comparators, and nonvolatile memory.
