LP2981IM5-4.0/NOPB is a low dropout linear voltage regulator manufactured by Texas Instruments. It has been designed specifically for applications requiring a low quiescent current voltage regulator that can operate from an input voltage of 4.0V to 16.0V and provide an output voltage ranging from 1.25V to 15.0V. The LP2981IM5-4.0/NOPB is optimized for selectable regulators with low quiescent current, and eliminates the need for secondary winding.
