LP3929TME-AACQ/NOPB is a logic translator and level shifter which is designed for transitioning data signals between multiple voltage domains between 1.6V to 5.5V. It is manufactured specially for automotive applications. This device is built with an on-chip circuit which allows for an adjustable low voltage detection and power-up reset (POR).

LP3929TME-AACQ/NOPB is frequently used in applications such as energy management systems and electric vehicle system designs. It is a versatile logic translation solution for all the automotive needs that provides high reliability, enhanced performance and efficient design. This device does not have any external components, making it easy to use and simple to integrate.

LP3929TME-AACQ/NOPB comprises of two stages, namely a level translation stage, also referred to as the level shifter and a reset stage, also referred to as the POR stage. It has a two-stage design which allows the device to operate at very low power consumption levels by automatically switching its operating power supply voltage during the power-up sequence.

The level translation stage comprises of two independent voltage inputs, Vin and Vout. The Vin pin is responsible for providing the low-level input from the source. The Vout pin is responsible for providing the high-level output to the load. During the power-up sequence, the inputs on the Vin and Vout pins are detected and the output of the level shifter is automatically adjusted to match the input levels. Thus, this logic translator automatically senses the input levels and adjusts its output levels accordingly.

The reset stage comprises of the reset pin. This pin is responsible for providing the reset signal from the source to the load. During the power-up sequence, the reset pin is monitored and the device is reset once the reset voltage level is detected. Once the reset voltage level is detected, the device is reset and it will resume normal operation.
