LP3983ITL-1.6/NOPB is an advanced step-down, low dropout linear voltage regulator classified as a PMIC (power management integrated circuit). It is an integrated linear voltage regulator that efficiently regulates voltage levels ≤ΔV or as low as 0.5V to provide a low-noise output. The regime delivers low-noise, low-dropout voltage regulation, with excellent line and load transient performance, in a small surface mount package.

This voltage regulator features an integrated low-power start-up circuit, allowing the device to start-up with a low output voltage that gradually increases until it reaches the desired voltage.
