The LPC4367JET256E microcontroller (MCU) is an integrated, high performance and low power chip manufactured by NXP Semiconductors. It is designed with a 25-bit wide ARM Cortex-M4F core with dual-core processor that features advanced asynchronous timers and high-speed media interfaces. This ARM MCU is suitable for applications such as embedded systems, home appliances, medical monitoring devices and real-time embedded systems.
The LPC4367JET256E MCU is an advanced chip with a 56-bit SRAM that provides a wide range of system-level advantages. This includes an ultra-low power mode with a maximum system current consumption of only 9 μA and an ultra-low latency (1.2 μs).
