LT1009ILPE3 is a high-performance, low-power, adjustable voltage reference integrated circuit with superior accuracy, temperature stability and low cost, making it an ideal solution for a variety of PMIC and voltage reference needs.LT1009ILPE3 is a combination of Linear Technology\'s ultra low power LT1009 voltage reference and LT1009ILP power control IC, which form a complete system solution. The wide adjustable output voltage range is 1 V to 20 V, thereby providing very high performance in a variety of applications. The combination of these two components provides a simple and low-power solution for precision voltage-referencing and power supply control requirements, such as in battery-powered applications.The LT1009ILPE3 is designed to be very low power, and is able to achieve a power consumption of only 0.6 mW when operating at 16 V, allowing for long battery life. This makes it ideal for use in battery-powered applications where low power consumption is critical.In terms of its application field, the LT1009ILPE3 can be used to provide the required reference voltage for voltage regulators, A/D and D/A converters, and other PMICs (Power Management Integrated Circuits). Furthermore, it can also be used to ensure stable DC voltage and/or current levels, regardless of temperature and ambient environment.The working principle of LT1009ILPE3 is based on the Kelvin-Varley divider circuit, which is composed of two resistors placed in series. The voltage output is determined by the ratio of these resistors. The output voltage is adjustable over a wide range, by adjusting the voltage on the control pin.The LT1009ILPE3 also uses a low-noise op-amp to buffer the voltage reference, thus improving the accuracy and stability of the output voltage. The LT1009ILPE3 requires only a single resistor for operation, reducing the component count and cost of the system.In addition to its low power consumption, the LT1009ILPE3 also offers excellent accuracy and temperature stability. It is guaranteed to maintain an output voltage deviation of less than 0.05 %/V over line and temperature, making it an ideal solution for applications requiring temperature compensation.The LT1009ILPE3 offers a wide range of advantages over similar devices.
