It is a modern-day buck regulator with an input voltage range of 4.4 V to 18 V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. LT1076IT#PBF switches at 1.2 MHz making it suitable for various Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) implementing DC-DC (Direct Current-Direct Current) switching regulators.
