It has very low quiescent current and significant efficiency at heavy load. The switching frequency of this controller can be adjusted with a resistor, and the switching frequency can be up to 2MHz.The input supply of LT1725CS#TRPBF is used to charge the internal start-up capacitor and VCC capacitor, and then to feed the internal circuits. The internal oscillator monitors the voltage of the VCC capacitor and sends signals to the switching layer. The output signal turns on the high-side power MOSFET gate and the controller starts the switching cycle. Then the high-side MOSFET allows the output voltage to go lower in order to provide the required output current.
