The LT1764ET#06PBF is a PMIC - Voltage Regulators - Linear that provides a low-cost, low-power solution for a wide range of applications which require step-down DC/DC conversion. Featuring a wide 2V to 15V input voltage range, the device can easily deliver up to 2A of continuous current with up to 0.6% accurate current regulation and wide load range from 1.6V to 14V output. The LT1764ET#06PBF is an adjustable, high frequency, high efficiency switching regulator – able to produce over 91% conversion efficiency for high current load applications. It offers the convenience of an integrated synchronous rectifier, and is equipped with an internal 0.8V reference. The device is highly configurable, with adjustable line, load and thermal regulation at a user selectable frequency of 300kHz, 600kHz and 1.2MHz.
The LT1764ET#06PBF is designed to work at a supply voltage of 4.15 V to 17 V. The device typically operates within a range of 0.8 V to 15 V and provides up to 2 A of output current.
