The LT3091MPFE#PBF is a voltage regulator which is part of the linear positive voltage regulator regulators of the PMIC – Voltage Regulators – Linear category. The LT3091 is a low-noise, adjustable, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator, designed to operate with a supply voltage from 1.8 V to 15 V. The LT3091 supports up to 1.5 A of output current, with a fast transient response and a typical dropout voltage of 170 mV at 500 mA.
The voltage regulator features a wide operating temperature range of –40 to +125°C, making it suitable for automotive, medical and industrial applications which require high-temperature operation and low noise performance. It also offers an output voltage tolerance of ±2.2%, and a current limit foldback that permits a maximum peak input current of up to 2 A.
