Working Principle:
The working principle of the LT3640IUFD#TRPBF integrated circuit is based on the buck DC-DC converter topology. The voltage regulator circuit comprises of two main parts: the high-side switch and the low-side switch. The high-side switch is in the form of an N-channel MOSFET and the low-side switch consists of a P-channel MOSFET.
