The LT3667EMSE#PBF has a wide range of features, including adjustable output voltage, adjustable current limit, low output voltage ripple, soft-start operation, dynamic voltage scaling, and pulse-skip mode operation.
The LT3667EMSE#PBF’s working principle starts with an input voltage of 1.8V up to 5.5V, which is then regulated using a standard buck switching regulator. The buck regulator is a linear regulator with a 1.88V reference voltage, and is programmable for output voltage, output current, and switching frequency. The buck regulator features a low quiescent current of 6μA and a fast response time to load changes.
