The LT3740 can be simply configured as either a synchronous buck regulator or a synchronous buck-boost regulator. Its operation frequency is adjustable from 250kHz to 2.5MHz through a single loop compensation capacitor. A unique low feedback frequency foldback structure makes it possible to optimize the efficiency of wide input voltage range applications.
