PMIC - Voltage Reference is a type of integrated circuit which provides a stable voltage reference across varying temperature and power supply conditions. The LT6654AHS6-3#TRMPBF is a precision voltage reference, with a temperature coefficient of 4.5ppm/°C and a operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This device offers an extremely high accuracy voltage reference over a choice of user selectable voltages including 2.048V, 4.096V and 6.143V.This voltage reference is based on a multi-bonded bandgap reference topology with advanced trimming and chopper stabilization technology. A band gap reference differs from a Zener reference in that it has greater stability over a wider range of temperature, voltage and power supply variations. The integrated trim technique provides initial accuracy of under 0.08%, making this an ideal choice for sensitive systems which require accurately regulated high precision voltages.The LT6654AHS6-3#TRMPBF has an output noise level of 130nV/√Hz, with a fast line/load transient recovery time of 6uS/V, and power supply rejection ratio of better than 82dB. The device is in a TSOT-23-6 package and requires minimal external components. It has an internal shutdown mode and can handle outputs in the millivolt range. The applications for the device are extensive, including instrumentation, audio amplifiers, high resolution ADC systems, Portable Instrument Amplifiers, Automation & Robotics, Digital Power Supply, LED Drivers, and Wireless Base Stations.
