The LT6660JCDC-3.3#TRMPBF, is a high performance Low temperature, High Precision Voltage Reference and is part of a family of PMIC – Voltage References.

The band gap reference system is a closed loop system in which the temperature dependent base-emitter voltage is compensated by the variable current passing through the proportional resistor. This current is then converted to a reference voltage using the output buffer.
