Featuring both Extreme Low Noise (EN) and Low Dropout (LDO) modes, this voltage reference is designed to provide customers with a versatile solution for VDD stability, monitoring and precision output regulation. The LT6658AHMSE-3.3#TRPBF can be configured to operate in either a three-channel or two-channel application, providing flexibility for most application needs.
The LT6658AHMSE-3.3#TRPBF includes a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and output voltage of 1.3V to 6V. With a maximum quiescent current of only 1.5mA, the LT6658AHMSE-3.3#TRPBF is ideal for battery-powered applications. The maximum line regulation of 0.75mV/V and load regulation of 1mV/mA make the device suitable for precise output regulation. Furthermore, the high ESD tolerance of ±2kV and excellent thermal management capabilities ensure reliable performance.
The device includes a variety of features that further extend its application flexibility. In the EN mode, it features an adjustable noise corner frequency of 0.3 Hz to 3.5 MHz, and adjustable output voltage of up to +60mV/V.
