It features an advanced regulation architecture with adjustable phase current increase and decrease and PWM current-mode control. This allows smooth transitions between modes and enables the part to operate over the full current range even at the maximum duty cycle.The part has a minimum operating temperature of -40°C and a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.
