This device is part of the LT86xx family of devices from Linear Technology Corporation.The LT8620EMSE#TRPBF is an efficient DC/DC switching regulator featuring 4 power conversion channels. It is designed to support a wide output range from 1.5V to 18V with programmable voltage, current, and power limit. The device\'s switching frequency can be programmed between 2 and 4 MHz, for best efficiency and noise suppression.The LT8620EMSE#TRPBF also supports a wide range of input voltages, from 2.5V to 20V. Using the adaptive input regulation and dynamic switching frequency, the device achieves high efficiency even at light and heavy loads.
