It offers high efficiency and low power consumption primary side synchronous AC-DC switch-mode regulators with integrated ultra-low quiescent current inrush current limiters and adjustable overcurrent protection. The inrush current limiter is initiated when the input voltage exceeds the internal threshold voltage and is controlled by an external resistor which sets the delay time. The overcurrent protection is triggered by an external voltage divider and delay time is also set by an external resistor. The device has thermal shutdown protection, reverse current protection and peak current limiting for ultimate safety in all operating scenario.
