LTC3526EDC-2#TRMPBF is a high frequency synchronous step-down switching regulator that draws very low quiescent current (35uA operating, 0.1uA shutdown). It can directly step-down a 4.5V to 5.5V input to 1.5V and offer an adjustable output voltage from 0.525V to 1.5V with external resistors and an integrated low-noise, high-PSRR FET. The power switch is integrated and can handle up to 1.4A load at the fixed out voltage. In the shutdown mode, the output is completely disconnected from the input. The regulator is also featured with internal soft start, current limit and over-temperature protection and is available in the 6-lead 2mm x 3mm DFN/MLF (TRMP) package.
