The LTC3733CUHF-1#TRPBF is a high-current synchronous step-down switching voltage regulator which provides the most effective solution in high current and wide voltage range applications. This product offers both power efficiency and flexibility in various applications, enabling better performance and scalability, especially in various applications such as military, medical, industrial, automotive and telecommunications.The LTC3733CUHF-1#TRPBF combines an internal power MOSFET with a synchronous step-down converter running at a fixed frequency of 650kHz to provide a solution with a high-efficiency over a wide input voltage range. This voltage regulator is capable of supplying up to 15A (in continuous mode) and 21A (in pulse-mode) of current at an output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 5.5V. It also integrates an adjustable voltage reference in the form of feedback and enables quick start-up and fast transient response.The LTC3733CUHF-1#TRPBF also includes a slew rate control circuit that reduces start-up time and improves efficiency in light load, no current sense resistor needed for currents up to 25A, frequency synchronization and cycle-by-cycle current limit. The device can be enabled and disabled via the power switch control input and can also be monitored using the open-drain power-good indication.The LTC3733CUHF-1#TRPBF is specially designed for applications that require low-dropout performance, high-efficiency and low noise such as automotive, communications, motor control and industrial.
