It is a highly integrated, low-cost, multi-channel power management solution. It is a Power-Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) for power supply controllers, monitors and supervisors. The LTC4151HMS#TRPBF is suitable for battery-powered and AC-to-DC power supply applications.The LTC4151HMS#TRPBF is designed to protect a system from a variety of external fault conditions, such as input voltage overshoot, over voltage, under voltage and erratic current. It monitors and reports the status of up to four input Voltages or currents, and can generate an accurate indication of whether the system is in a fault condition.The LTC4151HMS#TRPBF is an active and passive power monitor that provides real-time measurements of one, two, three, or four independent input voltage supply channels, or two separate current channels. The circuit is configured to measure positive, negative and single-ended voltages and also features extended dynamic range to measure current, high current, and low current with no degradation in accuracy. The LTC4151HMS#TRPBF is also capable of monitoring and logging voltage and current events to give more in-depth feedback.The internal voltage reference is highly accurate, with a typical temperature coefficient of 5ppm/°C. The LTC4151HMS#TRPBF also has a range of temperature sensing options and a wide input voltage range from 0.5V to 30V.
