The LTC7000HMSE#PBF is a monolithic gate driver IC commonly used in power management IC (PMIC) applications. This device provides up to ten lanes of Non-Volatile Low Frequency Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and two lanes of High Frequency PWM, providing the necessary control and monitoring functions for many power management requirements. The device supports two types of PWM output type: Low Frequency PWM: This mode of working produces a low-frequency (50 Hz to 1 kHz) triangular or sawtooth waveform. This waveform is used to control the power output of the application. The device is able to perform both current and voltage regulation as needed in the application.High Frequency PWM: This mode of working produces a higher-frequency triangular or sawtooth waveform. This waveform is used to control the power output of the application. The device is able to perform both current and voltage regulation as needed in the application.Non-volatile Low Frequency PWM: This mode of working produces a low-frequency non-volatile waveform. This waveform is used for both power control and monitoring functions. The device is able to perform both current and voltage regulation as needed in the application.The LTC7000HMSE#PBF is available in various package sizes and configurations. The device supports both single-phase and dual-phase operation and is designed to meet a wide variety of applications including application note 5, 6, 7 and 10.
