The LX1664ACD operates using a closed-loop feedback system. It is designed with dual-N-channel MOSFET architecture, consisting of a P-type MOSFET and an N-type MOSFET. The LX1664ACD uses the resistive-divider network to provide a reference voltage, usually set to a value of 1.8V. The reference voltage is then compared with the output feedback voltage which is generated by the output voltage divider network.If any difference exists between the reference voltage and the feedback voltage, then the P-channel MOSFET will turn on to transfer more current through the load, bringing the output voltage closer to the reference voltage. On the other hand, if the output voltage is above the reference voltage, then the N-channel MOSFET will turn on, restricting current flow to the load, thus driving the output voltage back down to the reference voltage.Performance:
