The LX8584A-00CV PMIC (power management integrated circuit) is a linear voltage regulator that is used in a wide range of applications where reliable source of power is required. It is a cost efficient and reliable linear voltage regulator with an onboard oscillator that is capable of providing a constant, regulated voltage output from an unregulated input voltage. It is most popularly used in applications such as automotive, telecommunications, medical, industrial and consumer electronics.
The LX8584A-00CV features a wide input voltage range, high switching frequency and low noise. In order to achieve this, the circuitry employs a number of advanced techniques such as voltage boosting, soft-start, feedback loop, transient response and spike suppression.
