The LX8587-00CDD is a TO-220 regulated step-down low-noise and low-profile DC/DC converter with synchronous rectification. Its main features include an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8 V to 5 V, an ultra-low quiescent current of 6 mA, a maximum industrial input voltage range of 6 V to 36 V, and an included automatic voltage positioning (AVP) feature. The device also has an adjustable operating frequency range of 150 KHz to 500 KHz and a load regulation of ±2 %, allowing users to achieve their desired output voltage accuracy.
