The M1AGL600V2–FGG256I is a Field Programmable Gate Array design from Actel Corporation.The FPGA is designed to work with a 32 Bit RISC core embedded in the FPGA coupled with 2 MBytes of user programmable SRAM, operating with a low voltage of 1.2V-3.3V and with a maximum frequency of 600 Mhz. The device offers a wide range of embedded peripherals and communication interfaces to cover any kind of system design need.

This FPGA is targeted to applications that require a high degree of integration and flexibility, such as network switches and routers, mass storage systems, digital signal processors, test and measurement equipments, process automation, medical devices, communication control protocols and cellular base stations.

When designing with this FPGA, the user can build custom logic with the use of the on-chip core and the FPGA’s own pre-defined functional elements. In addition, a wide range of softcore and macro elements are also available. This makes it easy to implement complex functions and applications on the FPGA while maintaining a modular design.
