The M24C02-FDW6TP is an electrically-erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) device produced by STMicroelectronics and is used in a wide range of applications that require storage of small amounts of data and relatively large amounts of data access.This EEPROM device has an 8-pin package, a 3V power supply voltage, a 2kbit memory, and is capable of programming at 1.3MHz speed.
