The M24C02-FMN6TP is a non-volatile serial digital electronic memory with a capacity of 2 Kbits.The M24C02-FMN6TP consists of a memory array, an address register and control logic. The memory operating voltage is 1.8V to 5.5V, and the writing current is less than 1.25mA. In addition, the IC can be read and written through the serial I2C protocol.
