The M2S005S‐1VFG256T2 is an embedded system‐on‐chip (SoC) from Andes Technology Corporation. It is a 32‐bit multi‐core processor that combines both a high‐performance CPU and a low‐power MCU. The SoC is based on the ARM Cortex‐A9 and Cortex‐M4 processors and comes with 256KB of embedded Flash memory and 8KB of SRAM. The system supports both Linux and RTOS for easy development and also comes with built‐in hardware acceleration for graphics, audio and video processing.
