Pin Configurable/Selectable Oscillators are an innovative class of integrated circuit (IC) oscillators that provide a convenient, reliable and efficient means of generating a specific frequency of clock signal to drive multiple applications. The M685-02-AA-AD device is a pin-configurable oscillator that is designed specifically to provide a wide frequency range, from 1MHz to 54 MHz, for a variety of applications. This device has been designed to provide a low jitter performance of less than 0.1ps pk-pk and a ±50ppm frequency stability for the most demanding applications.

This pin-selectable oscillator has been designed to operate in a variety of temperature ranges and has been specifically engineered to provide low power consumption. The M685-02-AA-AD features a range of selectable frequencies and can be used for multiple tasks such as pin-selectable clocks for system initialization, monitoring and control. It can also be used in a variety of other applications such as timing and counting, communication systems, and industrial automation.
